eMotivic Music is the passion project of James Celentano. James discovers and develops talented early career artists, amplifying their efforts to make great recordings, navigate the music industry, build audience and launch meaningful careers.
James' early career as a drummer, recording engineer and music educator served as a foundation for his later business career at TVT Records, Warner Music Group and The Madison Square Garden Company. Previously James taught Artist Management in the music business program at New York University. His prior artist management clients include Nettwerk recording artist David Wimbish & The Collection, Factor Grant winner Bianca James, and charting artist Sirena Ray.
Currently, by day, James co-leads EnterGain, the executive recruiting, leadership upskilling and strategy firm, where he and his team have advised and upskilled hundreds of music industry professionals and filled hundreds of business roles in some of the music industry's most exciting companies.
